Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or by text message.

• Cancellation:We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Full payment is still required.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
